Nokia's First Android Phones

After the Microsoft - Nokia deal on Lumia (WP) handset division it was mostly heard about Nokia working on Android phone. And now the greatest news is here and the rumour is over.  The great mobile phone manufacturer company Nokia has finally announced its first 3 Android handsets at MWC 2014 in Barcelona today (Feb 24) along with two Asha Phones. Though it will have Android OS but is not licensed under Google i.e. it will not have any of Google services like google maps & play store. In fact it will come preloaded with its own Nokia Store and Here Maps services and services like OneDrive, Skype, Outlook, etc. from its successful partner Microsoft. 

Nokia have announced three mid range handsets which have been called as "Nokia X" Family group and codenamed as Nokia X, Nokia X+ & Nokia XL. The Nokia X & X+ will have 4" touchscreen display and Nokia XL will have a larger 5" multi point touchscreen of same resolution (800x480). All three handsets are dual SIM and powered by Dual Core Snapdragon Processor. The Nokia X & Nokia X+ will have only a 3MP Rear camera whereas Nokia XL will be having a 5MP Rear camera with flash and a 2MP front facing camera. The handsets will come along preloaded with some popular apps like Viber, BBM, Twitter, etc. As many more as users can fit can be obtained from Nokia Store, third party app stores and sideloaded.
